If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
​
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
​
Certain products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including:
Custom-made or personalized items
Limited-edition drops or exclusive collections
Discounted or sale items
Gift cards

If an item was marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are the same product in a different size (subject to availability).
If the size you need is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Refunds
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges and any handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

10. International Orders
